With 3 hours and 19 minutes, I completed my One Monthly Goal for May. This was to complete 31 blocks. All but the tiny Bright Jane blocks had been started in the past. There are blocks for 5 different quilts.
Corn and Beans, Ella, Book Club Hand Piecing, Bright Jane, and Antique Wedding Sampler.
The RSC colour for May was dark green/jade. I had a few of those to do and finished up the last of the 98 blocks with the pink. I plan to let the little girls design one or two tops with these after my sister finishes her quilt. She is really progressing. More about that later.
Now to get prep the home learning lessons for the little girls. With this joint custody thing, the schedule has now changed and they are here for a week at a time. This means I have to oversee school for 5 days this week. However, I do not have them here next week so plan to get some serious writing done.

ReplyDeleteBeautiful blocks! Glad you made the May deadline. Sadly, I did not ... but I'll catch up or just say TOUGH! Lol! That one week on, one week off sounds rough. Hopefully between you both no one has to pull more work than the other. Besides, isn't school almost over?
