I continue to put in a few hand stitches in between re-threading the needle which I had to do several times. Only the inside circle left on this Ella block. I decided to change the pattern from the original which had a starburst in that center. A bold print works.
I have yet to figure out how to take pictures that are straight and balanced and have the correct background colour. I also tweaked the pattern to make those interesting curves inside the brown to make it look more like the original. It will sit on point in the final layout. No one will notice. I hope. Great looking Ella block, I got behind last month with my husband's hospitalization. I don't know if I did that one or not.
